Receptionist/Administrator
I grew up in Tooting, South London, and while I wasn't initially seeking a role in hearing healthcare, when an agency approached me with this opportunity, it piqued my interest. I love meeting new people, and my natural inclination to help others made this position feel like a perfect fit.
As the receptionist, I ensure you receive a warm welcome and a relaxing environment from the moment you walk through the door. I manage appointment bookings, answer phone calls, respond to general queries, maintain patient records, and assist with the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
What I love most about my work is the diverse range of people I meet daily. Following a patient’s journey and witnessing firsthand how improved hearing enhances their quality of life brings immense satisfaction to my role.
Outside of the office, I enjoy exploring the ever-dynamic city of London. I frequently visit exhibitions and art galleries and am an avid theatregoer. My love for the outdoors often takes me on long river walks, and as a licensed Thames Mudlark, I indulge in discovering historical treasures along the riverbanks.
