Receptionist
I grew up in Beckenham, not too far from where I work now. I’ve always enjoyed roles that involve people, so moving into the world of hearing felt like a natural fit for me. I love reception work, meeting new people, and being part of their hearing journey from the very first interaction.
My day-to-day responsibilities include answering the telephone, managing patients’ appointments, ordering hearing devices, and handling any queries that come our way. I’m also often the first face patients see when they arrive, so making them feel welcome and at ease is a big part of my role.
What I enjoy most about my job is the variety and the opportunity to connect with people every day. No two days are the same, and it’s rewarding to know I’m helping patients feel supported throughout their experience with us.
Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, taking long walks with my cocker spaniel, and spending time catching up with friends. If I could choose anyone to have dinner with, it would be my grandparents, as they were such an important part of my life growing up.
I’m a big fan of a traditional roast dinner, and one day I’d love to travel to the Maldives. When it comes to relaxing at home, you’ll usually find me watching a good drama series!
