Meet The Team

Neil Daniel is a fully qualified audiologist with a BSc honours degree in hearing science. Neil is a well respected audiologist who has been in the audiological sector for 25 years. He has worked with the worlds’ leading hearing aid manufacturers in the private sector and the NHS, training audiologists on the use of diagnostic and hearing aid fitting equipment; allowing them to provide optimum fittings for their patients’ hearing aids. This gives him an in-depth understanding of hearing aid technology and how to get the very best from a chosen hearing aid device.

Neil is in a unique position, originally training in micro electronics and making hearing aids at the beginning of his career. Whilst working for the leading hearing aid manufactures, he has supported audiologists on difficult/complex fittings and trouble shooting, giving him an insight and the experience to provide his patients with great solutions and outcomes.

Registered with: Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Registration Council for Clinical Physiologists (RCCP), Academy for Healthcare Science (AHCS) and Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals (AIHHP).

Rob is a qualified Hearing Care Associate who joined our team in 2022. Rob provides full audiology support to Neil and the team and is also our ear wax removal specialist.

Rob and Neil have gone full circle, having in fact worked together almost 30 years ago, where they made and repaired hearing aids, before Rob embarked on a career in the police force, before returning to back to the audiology sector.

Beverley has worked within the medical profession both in Australia and UK for over the last 30 years.

She brings a calm, competent and professional manner to the practice. She is a mother to two beautiful girls and has lived locally in Beckenham for 7 years.

Beverley enjoys gardening, dancing, and walking her dog.

Karen joined the team as Receptionist in February 2021 after working in the City within the banking industry for over 20 years .

She in now enjoying working locally with our patients assisting and ensuring that their appointments and journey with us runs smoothly.

Karen is married with two grown up children and enjoys spending time with her family and meeting up with friends.

Kerri Daniel has spent 26 years of her career within the Human Resources profession, primarily working in the media and legal sectors. Whilst Kerri is a Director of BHL, she also has another position working as Head of HR for a local law firm.

You won’t see Kerri very often as she will be working behind the scenes in the background undertaking projects to help the business thrive.

When Kerri isn’t working flat out, she spends her time with Kerri and Neil’s young son, and their French bulldog as well as enjoying her time reading & socialising with friends.
