Natalie was born and raised in Orpington. She previously worked within the caring profession and really enjoyed working with the patients, as it was a role that suited Natalie’s skills and personal qualities well.

At Beckenham Hearing, Natalie’s role involves meeting and greeting patients, answering the telephone and responding to day-to-day queries. It is a busy and fast-paced position that requires excellent communication and multitasking skills. The role is much more involved than simply answering calls and booking appointments – it requires empathy, problem solving and the ability to manage a variety of patient needs efficiently, something Natalie certainly excels in.

Natalie loves meeting new people each day. Helping others is even more rewarding for her.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys socialising, family time and going to the cinema and theatre.
